Recommended baseline settings
Suggested starting point for different circumstances on a Triumph Daytona 675 with standard suspension. Fine‑tune rebound, compression and preload based on rider weight and track conditions. Always count the clicks from the fully turned in posistion.
1. Flathead screw = Low Speed Compression Damping
2. Hexagon nut = High Speed Compression Damping
Rebound adjustment of the rear shock is at the bottom
